Strategic Account Planning

The word "strategic" does not need to imply complex, although most sales training companies like to make programs complex – I guess to show their intellectual level. Enough about them. We have two versions of Strategic Account Planning:

  • One for very large complicated accounts where an entire account team needs to strategize each move made by each member of the account team. If this team manages less than three accounts this is probably the model you will need.
  • We have a “Lite” version which has the same basic concepts but was designed for a salesperson who handles multiple accounts and spends time researching new accounts
